Smokey Bones:  Smokey Bones BBQ is a casual dining restaurant that combines great-tasting, authentic American barbecue with a rustic, mountain lodge decor. Smokey Bones is passionate about the details that go into every rack of ribs and every slice of meat.  They use genuine hickory logs cut to our exacting specifications in our specially designed smoker.  Their pulled pork is slow smoked for 12 hours to bring it to peak flavor and tenderness before being hand "pulled" everyday in their restaurants.
